Infertility Support Group (In-Person)

In partnership with the Butterfly Support Network, Expressions Counselling is pleased to offer a complimentary monthly support group for individuals navigating infertility. Whether you are undergoing fertility treatment, coping with pregnancy loss, or exploring alternative paths to parenthood, this group provides a warm, supportive, and confidential space to connect with others who truly understand your experience.
Infertility can be an incredibly isolating journey. This monthly support group is designed to provide a safe and compassionate space where participants can openly share their experiences, process the emotional impact of infertility, and receive support from others on similar journeys. Guided by experienced facilitators, the group focuses on connection, validation, and meaningful conversation in a trauma-informed environment where participants can feel heard, understood, and less alone.
