Jordana is passionate about working with individuals with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and anxiety. She has specialized training in Exposure and Response Prevention (EXRP) treatment, which is the gold standard evidence-based treatment for OCD. With her fun and creative approach, Jordana will help you tolerate the anxiety and learn to live with uncertainty.
Jordana also has extensive experience in the area of women’s reproductive mental health and understands the challenges related to pregnancy and postpartum. Jordana works with clients navigating difficult life transitions (professional burnout, athlete burnout and transitions, and relationship challenges). Jordana guides clients towards living a more engaged, healthy, and meaninful life.
Jordana first uses the strong therapeutic relationship as a foundation to explore what approach works best for each unique client. She always uses a trauma-informed approach and a culturally sensitive framework, welcoming clients from various backgrounds. She integrates Person-Centered Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Exposure and Response Prevention (EXRP).
