Jordana is passionate about working with individuals to overcome anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, life transitions, and relationship issues. Sometimes it feels as though you are hitting a roadblock, and unsure how to move forward. Jordana helps you explore and unpack the challenges you face in order to begin to live a more engaged, and healthy life.
Jordana also has extensive experience in the area of women’s reproductive mental health and understands there can be emotional difficulties related to pregnancy and postpartum.

Her approach integrates various modalities such as Person-Centered Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Experiential Therapies, Values-Drive and Trauma-Informed Practices.
