Through helping clients acknowledge their feelings and unpack the challenges they face, clients begin to feel lighter, gain clarity, make changes, and live wholeheartedly.
Her approach integrates various modalities such as Person-Centered Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Experiential Therapies and Trauma-Informed Practices. She believes that there is no one size fits all in counselling. Jordana uses the strong therapeutic relationship as a foundation to explore what approach works best for each unique client.
