Jessica focuses on making her clients feel validated, heard, and connected. Her integrative approach embodies the holistic health and wellbeing, as she is passionate about helping individuals that experience anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, self- esteem, communication, and relationship issues.
Jessica holds a Bachelor of Social Work and a Master of Counselling Psychology. She is also a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC).
She strives to support individuals to overcome the complexities of their lives and develop growth through Trauma-Informed Practices, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Attachment-Based Work, Adlerian Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Practices. Jessica focuses on identifying strengths and providing knowledge and tools to create meaningful change. Jessica’s curiosity and passion for counselling emerged from her own healing journey. Therefore, she is committed to helping others to strive for a healthier versions of themselves.
