Our Coquitlam office is located on Austin Avenue in Austin Heights Village, across from Safeway and McDonald’s. It consists of a small waiting area that offers guest wifi and a beautiful view of the Fraser River. The counselling office has a comfortable counselling space for families, adults and youth, as well as a large colourful playroom that offers children the choice of sandtray, play, art and many creative activities.
There is free parking under the building that can be accessed from the back alley. The entrance to the parking lot is labelled 1140 Austin Ave. The alley can be accessed by driving around the front of the building or turning into the back alley from Marmont Street. Once you park, there is an elevator in the parking area that will take you up to the second floor. When you get to the second floor, you will find yourself across the door to the waiting room. Once you arrive, text your counsellor to come out to greet you for your appointment.
If you are travelling on transit, the office is easily accessed from Lougheed Station and the 152 bus takes you right in front of the building at the Gatensbury Street stop on Austin Ave.
