Jessica offers an empathetic and non-judgemental therapeutic space that focuses on empowerment and collaborative work. She has over a decade of experience working with children, youth, adults, and families. She believes that every individual has an exceptional capacity to heal, grow, and thrive.

Jessica focuses on making her clients feel validated, heard, and connected. Her integrative approach embodies holistic health and wellbeing, as she is passionate about helping individuals that experience anxiety, depression, trauma/post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), self- esteem, communication, and relationship issues.

Jessica holds a Bachelor of Social Work and a Master of Counselling Psychology. She is also a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC). 

She strives to support individuals to overcome the complexities of their lives and develop growth through Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Informed Practices, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), Attachment-Based Work, Adlerian Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Practices. Jessica focuses on identifying strengths and providing knowledge and tools to create meaningful change. Jessica’s curiosity and passion for counselling emerged from her own healing journey. Therefore, she is committed to helping others to strive for healthier versions of themselves.
