Ghazal is dedicated to supporting each client’s healing journey, adapting her therapy to their individual needs while encouraging self-compassion and personal growth.
Having immigrated to Canada and rebuilt her professional career, Ghazal has a unique understanding of the transformative power of therapy. Her personal journey has deepened her commitment to helping others heal, guiding them to develop self-awareness, gain new insights, and manage difficult emotions with resilience and confidence.
Ghazal specializes in supporting adults facing trauma, anxiety, depression, and PTSD. She recognizes that trauma impacts individuals on emotional, mental, and physical levels, whether stemming from a single overwhelming event or prolonged, repeated experiences. In her compassionate, safe space, she empowers clients to process painful memories and emotions, guiding them toward healing and recovery at their own pace.
Ghazal utilizes a range of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). By fostering personal growth and resilience, Ghazal helps clients discover their strengths and navigate their healing journeys.
