Nicole offers a calm, grounding space where clients can exhale, slow down, and feel genuinely seen. She helps individuals reconnect with their confidence, clarify their needs, and strengthen their capacity to heal through self-compassion and supportive therapeutic relationships. Nicole reminds clients that they are the experts of their own lives, and her work centres empowerment, emotional safety, and personal growth.

Nicole specializes in working with women navigating general anxiety, depression, grief, and life transitions. Through gentle visualizations and mindfulness techniques, she helps her clients to explore these tender areas with compassion and clarity. She also has a special focus on perinatal and postpartum mental health, including pregnancy loss, miscarriage, fertility challenges, birth trauma, and the emotional transition to parenthood. She works with individuals, partners, and parents as they navigate the complex layers of family building. Nicole believes no one is meant to do this alone; she helps clients make space for grief, repair, reconnection, and hope.

Therapeutically, she draws from attachment-based approaches, mindful self-compassion, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS). Nicole blends these modalities to create personalized, evidence-informed strategies that honour each client’s unique story, cultural context, and emotional needs.

Outside of her counselling work, Nicole loves dancing, swimming, hiking, and flowing through Pilates or yoga. She enjoys afro, Caribbean, and Latin live music, and often experiments in the kitchen while sharing meals with loved ones. Her favourite dish to make is carbonara—simple ingredients, but a satisfying challenge that brings her joy.
