In partnership with the Butterfly Support Network, Expressions Counselling is pleased to offer a community infertility support group for all adult individuals who are navigating infertility. Whether you are undergoing fertility treatment, or exploring alternative paths to parenthood, this group provides a warm, supportive, and confidential space to connect with others who truly understand your experience.
Infertility can be an incredibly isolating journey. This monthly in-person support group is designed to provide a safe and compassionate space where participants can openly share their experiences, process the emotional impact of infertility, and receive support from others on similar journeys.
Guided by experienced facilitators, the group focuses on connection, validation, and meaningful conversation in a trauma-informed environment where participants can feel heard, understood, and less alone.
Participants leave the program feeling less lonely in their journeys. Many also find it helpful to connect with others who are navigating similar experiences involving infertility and parenthood, reducing feelings of isolation while gaining new and meaningful perspectives, strategies, and connections.
Our facilitators are committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based care that empowers individuals to move forward with greater confidence, resilience, and readiness as they return from their healing journey to daily life.
This group is open to all adult individuals experiencing infertility, undergoing fertility treatments (including IVF and IUI), or navigating other reproductive challenges.
In order to help create a safe, supportive, and engaging environment where everyone has an opportunity to share, each group is limited to 12 participants.
