Online OSS Group Facilitator

Led by experienced mental health professionals via Zoom, the online program combines practical education, guided discussion, and evidence-based coping strategies in a supportive and collaborative environment. Rather than focusing solely on symptoms, OSS helps participants build skills that can improve both recovery and overall well-being.

Is it time to begin counselling in a way that works for you?

Participants leave the online program with practical tools they can apply both at work and in everyday life. Many also find it helpful to connect with others who are navigating similar recovery experiences, reducing feelings of isolation while gaining new perspectives and strategies.

Our clinicians are committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based care that empowers workers to move forward with greater confidence, resilience, and readiness for a successful return to meaningful work and daily life.
